Biara Street is a Seniors Living development in the suburb of Chester Hill, western Sydney. The development comprises six one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments with 10 parking spaces.
The units are designed to provide comfortable, high quality living spaces for senior residents, that are easy to maintain and have low life-cycle costs.
MBB was engaged by NSW Land & Housing Corporation to provide project management services for the Design Finalisation and Construction stages to ensure compliance with Client requirements, Local Council Development Plans, Development Conditions and Building Standards. Our role involved managing multiple stakeholders, negotiating with Authorities, coordinating services, mitigating risks and resolving compliance issues.
Biara Street was managed and delivered during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and faced numerous additional challenges due to Government restrictions. The project was successfully delivered three and a half months ahead of program.
