Better school environments to support better learning outcomes

Kingscliff High School has been identified by Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) for upgrading. The proposed upgrade will provide the latest education facilities and ensure the school can cater to the needs of the growing local community.

When complete, the works will incorporate future focused learning environments, a new library, new senior learning environment, refurbished hospitality teaching facilities, new creative and performing arts building and a purpose-built sports pavilion.

Our role

MBB are responsible for procuring and managing two project teams across 4 different sites through Master Plan, Concept Design, Schematic Development, Delivery Readiness and finally, Construction.

MBB ensured each project aligned with Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) educational objectives and met NSW Government assurance requirements to secure funding. 

MBB were then appointed to manage the delivery in line with SINSW funding allocation. We were also instrumental to the strategic leadership of this complex program of work.
