Paul is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Certified Practicing Project Director with over 25 years experience in project and program management within the Australian State and Local Government Sectors. With a strong background in transport infrastructure planning and delivery, Paul has been involved in the successful planning and delivery of major projects and programs for state and local governments.

Major urban arterial and motorway upgrades in Queensland and the ACT, the planning of urban arterial road improvements within Sydney and program management office expertise within the Health Sector
Kate is a senior leader with over 14 years’ experience providing strategic leadership, project and transition management services. Her organisational and stakeholder management skills have enabled her to successfully build teams, successfully delivering major projects and programs across education and defence sectors.

Schools Infrastructure NSW, Cammeraygal, Curl Curl North School redevelopment, Secondary Schools Renewal Program; Defence Projects such as Base Engineering Assessment Program (BEAP Stages 3 – 6), Puckapunyal Redevelopment Project Business cases for Moorebank Units Relocation Program, Land 121 Project.
Steven is a strategic leader with over 15 years’ experience, having originated, delivered and advised on major and complex projects, Australia wide. Having a specialisation in PPPs and government procurements, Steven has been instrumental in the successful development and delivery of social and economic projects spanning health, education, defence and transport sectors.

Headquarters Joint Operations Command PPP, South East Queensland Schools PPP, New Royal Adelaide Hospital PPP, High Capacity Metro Trains PPP, Melbourne Convention and Expansion Centre PPP, Western Harbour Tunnel (in development), WestConnex
